Colorful Wizard of Oz Card
I folded and glued old book page in half. Then I decoupaged dark colorful napkin onto the book page. I added green tree washi tape an inch from the top and bottom. I adhered the Wizard of Oz book cover picture. On the bottom left side of the picture I added a scrap piece of coffee dyed paper and a red 2 cent postage stamp.
